Chef de Partie m/w/d
Not only are our gourmet restaurant (1 star Guide Michelin / 17 points Gault Millau / FFFF+) and the restaurant “Hasenpfeffer” above average, so is the appreciation for the team – and the pay.
We are characterised by passion, coupled with a high demand for regionality and quality.
Junior Sommelier m/w/d
We are looking for a Young Sommelier / Commis Sommelier. We have a deep friendship with many local winemakers and family-owned wineries, so doors stand open for our sommeliers that may stay closed to others.
We foster our employees in a variety of ways and work together at eye level.
Service personnel m/w/d
We are looking for service staff for whom hospitality is a part of their being, and who reflect this attitude in their approach to our guests. A thorough enjoyment in doing this terrific job goes without saying. Career changers are welcome.
Applications from experienced Chef de Rang are of course welcomed with open arms, eyes and ears.
There’s always room for dessert! We delight in pleasing our guests, and that’s why we’re looking for a pâtissier who is passionate about baking, designing and creating.
