In our gourmet restaurant we serve creative and modern “New German Cuisine” at Michelin star level with a distinctive regional touch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, we serve a 4-course lunch menu of brook trout tartare, cod, saddle of venison, and strawberry dessert or cheese for \u20ac150. Please feel free to check our menu for the exact courses and additional evening options.<\/p>\n\n\n

RESTAURANT HASENPFEFFER<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Local country cuisine with the aroma of our forests, meadows and rivers.<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The second restaurant in R\u00fcssels Landhaus was born out of Harald R\u00fcssel’s passion for hunting and christened Hasenpfeffer. Local country cooking is made tangible with excellence and dedication, and the modernly interpreted dishes are prepared from the highest quality food.<\/p>\n\n\n

Nature around us is a rich cornucopia and we love to draw from it. At Hasenpfeffer we serve delicious country dishes, often with fresh game from our own hunting grounds. Sophisticated vegetarian dishes are also on our menu as a matter of course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Hasenpfeffer restaurant also offers a stylish setting for special celebrations for small culinary groups. Patron Harald R\u00fcssel personally puts together a perfect menu and excellent corresponding wines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new restaurant ‘Kachatelier Manternach’ in Luxembourg, under the auspices of Maximilian R\u00fcssel, offers delectable “Plats du Jour” and menus at lunchtime, which are naturally also available as vegetarian options. The ambience \u2013 nestled in a unique architectural setting \u2013 has a modern feel while being inspired by nature.
